"NANPAN" which is my favorite movie still...

       

My favorite move is a "Nanpan" that i have seen in 2012 but still it is running on my mind because of the marvelous characters have been included. it was a college life story like university regarding engineering stream and the achievement story of the three students.


One of the hero only had gone through the way of engineering, except him other two heroes did not reach the target in the same field but they achieved in different goals, no one related with other one. The main hero is Vijay who was the person became engineer at the end and also he was a good fiend for other two heroes and guided them in the right way as their wishes.

This is story which was impressed me because it is connected with young feelings also represented the achievements of each and every students. here three heroes who are studying together in the same batch but they did not like travel with the same target engineering they wanted to become and achieve according their wishes. except middle one in the 1st and 2nd picture, other two guys who traveled for different goals. at the end one became excellent photo graph man and other one became good singer even though they studied in engineering college they both traveled in different ways, so for their achievement they had to struggle and argue with parents, relation and other friends but they succeeded because of the middle hero who supported much for their achievements and managed their parents to support them.

There are five songs were impressed my heart regarding achievements and represent the friendship also jokes and fight scenes were unforgettable. one joker who was friend of that three guys and studied with them but always he study the books learning by heart without any understand, even if the engineering guy his friend who explain about the above difficulties to him he did not care his words finally he could not reach the high position like him.

So this film illustrate the younger's achievements which should be in right way and motivate each and every bodies should have a target and they should travel through their objective with their wishes. In the family or relative, no one can force the youths to go through the specific way, it is their feelings and the art of talent of every bodies which only can be decided their selves especially the film suggest the good friendship that every bodies must have. he or she can guide and support you to go with the correct way. There is a example that every bodies can go ahead by the good friendship which is "eagle fly with eagle" i got it from personality development class. so over all was nice film story and i hope that it will be a interesting and useful for youths, however i was thoroughly enjoyed by it.

Planning city for whom?

It is a major concept that when we are going to plan
the city. In 21st of century increasing the number of urban and rural city planning and practical process going on. In that situation planners and designers really have to think about what are possible process for? and for whom we make the city?

But they should be able to bring the answer for this question and can simply say, we are planning for the people. Because people are everywhere who are going to be a guardian of the city planning as well as recently they are going to live with planner's proportions, so the planning process and outputs must be accuracy because there are three categories people such as poor class, middle class and the high class people will be gathered. The modelling city should have commercial, industrial, transport and other basic services as well regarding the above categories people.

people are concerning deeply in city planning for what purpose?
Because planners and designers take the people in to the planning account but they are not going to be the planning end. Definitely the people is going to administrate and change the city and also final form will be assumed by the people as well.


So here, people are meant and included as heroes in city planning and also to be important role naturally. "Planning is nothing with out people".

How to make our our cities livable?

There are lots of suggestion for cities making it as livable. people would like live in their own places smoothly, for that case they have to face many challengers to make it as possible. In 21st centuries the population density is in fast growing, so the pollution condition is a main thing to consider as well as control to make the cities as well.  Exhaust fumes and smoke from the factories are polluting the people's residential areas and the air, not only those but also trees are being cut down. Furthermore, the river is being polluted by chemicals from the factories and people are suffering from breathing difficulties and stomach problems. We should do something before it’s too late, but it is now a challenge for the planners, architectures and designers to plan and also produce for group of people of the city altogether  because to there are three kind of category people in Sri Lanka such as poor class, middle class and rich class people so planners cannot think about the high class people only, the poor class people are very important for rural areas to protect all the surrounding places of the specific village as well.

however we are the responsible people to protect our living legend from  the different kind of pollution and disasters. One big problem contaminate the streets which is surrounded by whole our living areas is the amount of rubbish and litter. To controlling effort we are able to make a recycling process and also we had better to reserve the bins in the street centers using stricter planning and the advertising the new ways to control the large amount of litter for the people. by using these strategies we could have cleaner street of the area and fewer diseases. on the other hand there are too many vehicles jams so it is a problem too. so as a planners we should think good ideas would be ban the diesel vehicles and most cars from the cities and have to improve the public transport. As a result we could have cleaner air to breathe and fewer health problems, also it could be made quieter city than before it.

Another big issue is that so many tress being cut down . so we can simply suggest to solve the problem, for cutting every trees we should plant 10 new ones least per week, as a benefit we would have more oxygen to breathe and forest beings also would not be lost their natural habitats. and the major problem is water pollution. The government should put heavy fine for the factory owners who contaminate the water, also filter must be used through using this policy we could protect the water  and the sea life people will not be threatened any more.

 So those reason above are hoped that our cities can be become livable.

   

Personality

personality development is very important in human beings without personality we can not develop our career as our wish the every person who should grow the good personality since little on their own. Only if ever bodies have a personality, the other skills they can produced as well. wherever even if want to work like professional, we should have a personality regarding that.

 what is personality???  

it is an individual different type of activities like as feeling, behaving, thinking and talking and also which are going to be different characteristics of patterns, cognition and emotion. Different personality theorists present their own definitions of the word based on their theoretical positions. individual personality is powerful tool and will be in particular personality characteristics, such as sociability or irritability. 

sociability is an important character in personality development the person who can show their abilities and behaviors through having sociability charter further it is an advantage for human beings to grow their good habits as well among the different type of skills.

 Irritability makes bad character from our behavior in personality development and also makes unclearer work when we work as professional with sincerely it is a disadvantage for the people to increase their positive habits, when they are going to work with the irritability. 

Your personality is important 

Here main reason is important to build up your personality skill regarding your career that you are going travel.

personality makes you to do interesting.

your looking is not going to make you do each and everything as interesting for long time or good way but Being interesting is going to be attract the people’s attention, making personality important virtually whenever you’re in a social setting. think about role model person you know what when you going to presenting automatically you will look like  with the good personality 

so every human beings should have a personality if whatever position or status you are. for increasing your personality, everybody  must follow and keep with you the sociability on the other hand you have to disappear the irritability from your habit so you will realize the success of your duty and work when you do with the personality.
